3.1 — Program Overview

Launch 100 is a selective initiative by Zuraxis. We partner with a limited number of businesses — startups, D2C brands, manufacturers, and service businesses — and invest our team's expertise upfront to help them build a proper digital foundation.

This is not a free giveaway. It is a structured partnership where we do real work for selected businesses, and in return, we ask for honest feedback, a testimonial, and the opportunity to build a long-term growth relationship.

Not all applicants are accepted. Selection is based on business readiness, industry fit, and growth potential.

3.2 — Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for Launch 100, your business must:

• Have an existing product or service (not idea-stage)
• Be legally registered or operating as a business
• Have a decision-maker actively involved in the project
• Be committed to timely communication and feedback
• Be open to a long-term paid partnership with Zuraxis if we deliver results

3.3 — What Is Included

Accepted businesses are assigned to one of three tiers based on their stage and needs:

Tier 1 — Audit

• Full tech, marketing, and marketplace audit
• Written report with priority action items
• 30-minute call to walk through findings

Tier 2 — Foundation

• Everything in Tier 1, plus:
• Professional 5-page website (mobile-first, basic SEO setup)
• Contact form and WhatsApp integration

Tier 3 — Launch

• Everything in Tier 2, plus:
• One of: Amazon India listing setup (5 products) OR 1-month Ads setup OR full marketplace audit

3.4 — What Is NOT Included

The following are explicitly excluded from Launch 100 unless separately agreed:

• Domain registration, hosting fees, and SaaS subscriptions
• Advertising spend
• Premium plugins, themes, or third-party tool licenses
• Content creation (copywriting, photography, video)
• Ongoing website maintenance after project completion

3.5 — Revisions & Feedback

Launch 100 projects include one structured feedback round and one round of revisions. You have 5 working days to review and submit consolidated feedback after draft delivery. Additional revisions beyond the included round are available as a paid service at standard rates.

3.6 — Ownership & Intellectual Property

Upon completion of the project and receipt of your agreed testimonial, full ownership of all deliverables transfers to you. Zuraxis retains the right to feature your project in its portfolio based on your consent selection made during application.

3.9 — Project Pausing & Slot Reallocation

If we do not receive a response from you within 5 consecutive working days during an active project phase, your project will be formally paused. If we do not receive a response within 14 working days of the pause notice, your project will be marked as closed and your slot reallocated.

3.11 — Confidentiality

Information you share with Zuraxis during the project is treated as confidential. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties. Mutual confidentiality is expected regarding Zuraxis's internal processes and pricing.

When you apply for the Launch 100 program or interact with our website, we may collect the following information:

• Contact Information: Full name, email address, WhatsApp number.
• Business Information: Business name, industry, website URL, operating duration, and approximate monthly revenue.
• Project Details: Information regarding your digital challenges, tier preferences, and reasons for applying.
• Confidential Assets: During the project phase, we may collect logos, brand guidelines, product details, and access credentials to third-party platforms (which remain owned by you).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect strictly for the following purposes:

• To assess and score your Launch 100 application internally.
• To communicate with you regarding your application status, project updates, and follow-ups.
• To deliver the agreed-upon digital foundation services.
• To provide relevant strategic recommendations during our Growth Review calls.

3. Confidentiality and Data Sharing

Information you share with Zuraxis during the application, screening call, onboarding, and project is treated as strictly confidential. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to any third parties. We will only share your information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

4. Portfolio and Marketing (Based on Your Consent)

During the application process, you select a Portfolio Preference:

• Option A (Full Consent): We may feature your project, business name, and results in our public portfolio and case studies.
• Option B (Restricted): Your project will remain private, and you only agree to provide an internal testimonial.

5. Data Retention

Project files and application communications are retained securely for a period of 2 years after project completion or application rejection. After this period, data is deleted from our active systems. You may request early deletion of your data at any time.

6. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
