Please Note: Our refund policies are highly structured to reflect the customized human resources, tools, and technical environments set up for each project.
1. Payment Policy
Zuraxis operates on a transparent, milestone-based billing model. Standard terms are as follows:
- Invoicing: All invoices are due upon receipt.
- Currency & Tax (India): For clients based in India, all fees are quoted in INR (₹) and are subject to applicable GST as per Indian law.
- International Clients: For clients outside of India, invoices are billed in their local currency (or USD) via global payment processors. Indian GST is not applicable; clients are responsible for any local tax compliance in their jurisdiction.
- Late Payments: Payments not received by the due date may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. Projects may be paused if payments are delayed by more than 5 business days.
2. Tech & Development Refunds
- Non-Refundable Deposits: Once a project is signed and the design scoping phase officially commences, the initial deposit is 100% non-refundable.
- Milestone Finality: Payments for completed milestones signed off by the client (or deemed approved after 7 days) are non-refundable.
- Project Abandonment: If communication ceases for 30+ days, the project is terminated, and all paid funds are forfeited.
3. Marketing Retainers
- 30-Day Cancellation: Monthly retainers require a 30-day written notice to cancel.
- Cycle Fees: Retainer fees are paid in advance; cycles already begun are non-refundable.
