Welcome to Zuraxis. We offer digital consulting, web design, custom engineering, digital marketing, and eCommerce scaling services. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the contractual boundaries of our client engagements.

1. Usage and Eligibility

By using this website, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into agreements. We reserve the right to restrict access at any time if we suspect fraudulent, malicious, or abusive activity.

2. Ignite & Launch 100 Program Terms

• Selection & Rights: Application does not guarantee acceptance. Selection is at the sole discretion of the founders.
• Asset Delivery: Selected applicants must provide brand assets and content within 14 days of approval.
• Mandatory Backlink: Subsidized web designs require maintaining a "Built by Zuraxis" footer link. Removal results in a design value invoice of ₹25,000 INR.
• No Free Revisions: Program websites are built to spec. Any post-handover edits are billed at standard developer rates.

3. Standard Engagements

• Payments: Payments are structured on agreed milestones.
• Approvals: Scopes and drafts are deemed approved if no feedback is received within 7 working days.
• IP Ownership: Upon 100% final payment, all ownership of custom code and design assets transfers to the client. Zuraxis retains the right to portfolio attribution.

4. Limitation of Liability

Zuraxis and its founders shall not be held liable for indirect damages, including loss of business profits, hacking, data loss, website downtime, or ad campaign fluctuations after project handover.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal action or dispute arising out of these terms shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
