Zuraxis Ignite Initiative

Purpose: A high-volume portfolio grant designed to provide small businesses with a professional web presence.

Template-Only: We utilize proprietary templates. Custom feature requests or "I want it to look like [Competitor]" demands are outside the scope.
Attribution: The "Built by Zuraxis" link is non-negotiable. Removal without permission results in a liquidated damages charge of ₹25,000.
Revision Clause: 0 revisions. We build, you review, we hand over. Edits requested after site launch are billed at ₹1,500/hr.
Liability Waiver: Once credentials are handed over, the client assumes 100% responsibility for security, hosting maintenance, and software updates. Zuraxis is not responsible for site hacks or plugin failures post-handover.

Launch 100 Partnership

Purpose: A selective, collaborative growth partnership for established brands.

1. Operational Boundaries

Response SLA: 48 hours. Lack of response exceeding 5 days triggers a "Project Pause" status.
Project Reallocation: If the client remains unresponsive for 14 days, the slot is forfeited. We do not provide credits or refunds for abandoned slots.
Asset Integrity: All images and copy provided by the client must be legally owned/licensed by the client. Zuraxis is not responsible for copyright claims arising from client-provided materials.

2. Dispute & Termination

Mutual Respect: Abusive behavior towards our developers, designers, or founders results in immediate contract termination with zero refund.
IP Indemnity: The client indemnifies Zuraxis against any legal action concerning the client’s provided content or business practices.

General Legal & Financial Terms

1. Billing & Currency

Indian Clients: All prices are in INR and subject to 18% GST (or as mandated by law).
Foreign Clients: All prices are in USD/Global Currency via our international payment gateway. Indian GST does not apply.
Late Fees: Unpaid invoices exceeding 5 days attract a 1.5% monthly compound interest fee.

2. Intellectual Property (IP)

Our methodology, internal strategies, documentation, and source code are our trade secrets. You are granted a license to use the final delivered product, not the internal processes that created it.

3. Force Majeure

Zuraxis is not liable for failures due to events beyond our control, including acts of God, widespread internet outages, government-mandated server shutdowns, or major third-party platform (Google/Meta/Amazon) policy changes that render a project moot.

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Zuraxis harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your business's violation of these terms or any third-party intellectual property rights.

5. Jurisdiction

All legal matters are governed by the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. By applying for any program, you waive any right to claim venue inconvenience in this jurisdiction.
